Roberto Munguia is a Mexican born artist who has received various artist recognitions from the City of Los Angeles. He has interviewed for El Otro Mexico, La Opinion, Adelphia Channel 6 and Noticias 34.
Roberto’s work includes, social, emotional, political and dream based artwork that connect to every human being. His work has a great visual impact given that he uses vibrant colors, which depict his emotions as a painter. His works are created through a variety of media including soft pastel, oil pastel, oil on canvas, gouache, acrylic, silk screen, lino cut, conté and charcoal. Roberto Munguia is primarily a surrealist artist where with each brush stroke and use of color intensely expresses his feeling and thoughts to share with the world.
